Job summary

SoftwareOne Netherlands seeks a Cyber Security Analyst to help build a new Dutch SOC from the ground up, working with the Warsaw SOC and a local junior analyst to shape processes and grow the team. You will monitor events, investigate threats, and support customers while developing local practices and driving continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Security Operations Centre (SOC) or similar security-focused environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Security technologies, security monitoring tools, or SIEM.
• Understanding of cyber threat detection, incident investigation, and response practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to investigations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in Dutch and English.
• Motivation to contribute to a growing team and help build a new security capability.

This is a unique opportunity to join SoftwareOne at the beginning of its Dutch SOC journey. As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will become one of the first local SOC team members in the Netherlands, working closely with our established Security Operations Centre in Warsaw. Together with a junior analyst joining the team, you will play an important role in shaping local processes, establishing best practices, and supporting the future growth of the Dutch SOC capability.
