Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a hybrid-faculty European Customer Service professional to manage and optimize customer relationships and order fulfillment across the Benelux region. You will coordinate cross-functional processes and independently develop your assigned customer base to support business success.

You will act as the primary contact for business customer inquiries about label solutions, oversee end-to-end orders, pricing alignment, and delivery schedules, and collaborate with sales,

• Commercial or technical training, a corresponding university degree, or an equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience in B2B sales or corporate customer service, preferably within an international environment.
• Mandatory fluency in both Dutch and English.

About the role

The purpose of this role is to manage and optimize customer relationships and order fulfillment within the European Customer Service team. Operating in a professional capacity, the successful candidate will drive customer satisfaction, coordinate cross-functional processes, and independently develop an assigned customer base to support overall business success.

Qualifications

Required:

• Commercial or technical training, a corresponding university degree, or an equivalent qualification.

• Mandatory fluency in both Dutch and English.
