Qualifications

About SAMCO aircraft maintenance

SAMCO is an independent MRO based at Maastricht Airport. We keep Airbus A220, Boeing 787, CRJ, Q400 and Embraer 170-190 aircraft safe and serviceable for airlines worldwide. The role

As customer service engineer you will support both active and storage CAMO activities, currently centred on narrow-body aircraft. You make sure every airframe under our care meets airworthiness requirements and is ready to fly when the schedule calls.

Your main tasks
  • Monitor airworthiness for stored and flying fleets under SAMCO CAMO approval
  • Develop and update maintenance programmes, bridging checks and storage plans
  • Translate OEM data, EASA regulations and service bulletins into clear work packs
  • Track compliance, analyse reliability trends and propose preventive actions
  • Work closely with planners, mechanics and airline representatives to resolve issues
  • Contribute ideas that improve safety, efficiency or customer service
Your qualifications

What you bring

  • Aviation degree or proven experience in aeronautical engineering, CAMO or Part-145
  • Working knowledge of EASA Part-M, Part-CAMO and Part-145 (or the drive to learn fast)
  • Ease with technical documentation, maintenance tracking software and basic data analysis
  • Clear English communication; Dutch or German is helpful but not required
  • Proactive, detail-minded and team-oriented approach
