Job summary

Nordson Packaging is seeking a Customer Service Employee in Maastricht, the Netherlands. You will be the first point of contact for customers, enter quotes and orders in SAP, and inform customers about order statuses while handling returns and complaints.

The role requires fluency in French or Italian, good English, and a commercial or logistics background. A hybrid work arrangement and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum MBO+ - degree (commercial or logistics).
• General knowledge on business and work processes (supply chain).
• Relevant experience in a customer service related environment or a business environment is highly desired.
• Fluent French or Italian language skills (writing and speaking).
• English language on a good level; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

Summary of the role

In the role of Customer Service Employee you will be in contact with customers, inform customers about status of orders, and enter quotes, orders and other requests in SAP.

Role and Responsibilities

• Enter quotes and orders in SAP.
• First contact to customers.
• Inform customers about status of orders.
• Handle warranty, return and credit requests
• Handle complaints (invoices, deliveries, etc.)
• Take care of Nordson internal requests and all other incoming requests
• Proactive order follow up

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum MBO+ - degree (commercial or logistics).
