Job summary

Avantor Fluid Handling in Hillegom, Netherlands, is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Opportunity

Avantor Fluid Handling is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hillegom. Are you a service-minded and solution-oriented person who enjoys customer interaction? As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll develop within a dynamic industry while strengthening customer relationships and enhancing the service experience. In this role, you will be the key link between Avantor and its Biopharma customers, building and maintaining strong partnerships. You’ll work in a skilled, collaborative team and engage closely with colleagues across purchasing, logistics to ensure smooth support for our customers.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: MBO/ Bachelor’s degree in Administration or similar field
• Experience:Several years of applicable experience in a customer service role
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Good organization and time management skills
• Strong communication skills in English, and good level of Dutch is required
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite including MS Excel
• Knowledge of Exact, Epicor or similar ERP system is a plus
• Good business understanding and ability to grasp company processes and routines
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking and problem solving
• Motivated to learn, curious, and engaged
• Solid collaboration skills and a positive attitude
