Air Liquide Eindhoven is seeking a Facility Manager for CI & Services operations across the perimeter. You will lead EIM CI&S PMs, technicians, and a team, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable performance.

You will manage contractors for legal, safety, IMS, and ISO compliance, interface with stakeholders, optimize efficiency and costs, and promote Safety, Health, and Environment. Travel to sites will be required.

Competenze

• Leadership experience in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulatory environments.
• Experience with IMS, ISO standards and audits.
• Knowledge of industrial gas production processes is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and engage with stakeholders.

• Lead local project leaders in technical offer preparation, project development, implementation, and customer visits.
• Assist field services technicians and allocate resources to execute projects safely.
• Ensure full compliance with standard project and maintenance procedures, documentation, IMS and KPIs.
• Manage crisis situations, resource allocation, subcontracting policies, maintenance budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate internal and external audits of contractors and suppliers in collaboration with procurement and central teams.
• Oversee training and competency development to meet global requirements.
• Analyze operational indicators and share regional best practices for reliability on site.

Formazione

Master/Bachelor in Electromechanics, Chemical or related field

Act as Facility Manager for all CI in perimeter.

Ensure safe, compliant, and reliable CI & Services operations.

Manage EIM CI&S PMs, technicians (Bulk/On Site), and team leader.

Manage contractors for legal, safety, IMS, and ISO compliance.

Monitor standard/non-complex customer projects from opportunity to handover (timing, budget, scope).

Interface with central/local stakeholders (Engineering, Asset, Sales).

Secure qualified internal/external resources for projects and maintenance.

Represent company to customers and authorities.

Optimize efficiency, consistency, cost allocation, and customer satisfaction.

Enforce environmental laws and ISO standards with a proactive mindset.

Assisting field services technicians in daily tasks and ensuring proper resources are allocated to execute projects safely.

Are you a MATCH?

Academic or professional Master /bachelor, Electromechanics, Chemical or equivalent

Understanding of procedures and regulatory for new and existing industrial installations

Strong knowledge of engineering & projects methodologies & maintenance activities

Technical understanding of gas physical and production processes

Strong understanding of Safety procedures
