Job summary

Nutreco, a global leader in animal nutrition and aquafeed, seeks an R&D Project Specialist for Cultivated Protein. You will coordinate technical activities, translate customer needs into R&D priorities and manage data-driven project work across internal and external stakeholders.

You will join an early-stage yet growing initiative, contributing to study design, data analysis and grant-related coordination in a multinational team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in biotechnology or biochemical engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in R&D, project coordination or consultancy.
• Knowledge of Cultivated Protein or the cultivated-protein industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical activities and bring together people, information and data to move innovation projects forward.
• Translate customer needs into R&D priorities and align timelines and resources.
• Support early-stage product development by helping to evaluate new ingredients and study design.
• Analyse and organise project data to support technical decision-making.
• Take ownership of grant administration and partnerships, including reporting.
