Job summary

Nutreco, an SHV company, is building Cell Feed’s supply chain across planning, purchasing, inventory, logistics, and customer service. This role partners with Global Supply Points to scale an early-stage, R&D driven environment while implementing proven standards.

You’ll own end-to-end supply chain operations in a fast-moving, science-driven setting, driving improvements in service and working capital with Infor M3 and Excel capability. Hybrid work and international collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Operations or a related field.
• Five or more years of experience in end-to-end demand or supply planning, or operations.
• Experience with IBP, S&OE, scenario planning and KPIs such as OTIF, inventory and capacity utilisation.
• Confidence working with ERP systems (Infor M3) and strong Excel capability.
• Fluency in English; Dutch or Spanish is a plus.

As our local Supply Chain Specialist, you step into a role that connects Cell Feed’s fast‑moving, science‑driven culture with Nutreco’s Global Supply Points (GSP), our international network of production and logistics facilities across the Netherlands, Germany and the USA. These sites form the backbone of Nutreco’s specialty supply chain, and their standards, systems and expertise will be your partners in building the Supply Chain for an entirely new product.

Who we’re looking for

Someone who takes ownership, brings structure to complexity and thrives in a fast moving, innovation driven setting. You bring:

Degree in Supply Chain, Operations or a related field.

Five or more years of experience in end-to-end demand or supply planning, or operations.

Experience with IBP, S&OE, scenario planning and KPIs such as OTIF, inventory and capacity utilisation.

Confidence working with ERP systems (we use Infor M3), and strong Excel capability.

Fluency in English; Dutch or Spanish is a plus.
