Job summary

Jobgether, partnering with a Netherlands-based partner, seeks a CTO to lead AI and business-unit leadership, shaping technology strategy and translating priorities into measurable outcomes across products and engineering workflows.

You will build on substantial AI infrastructure, including a dedicated NVIDIA GPU cluster, and evolve high-throughput, real-time platforms with focus on reliability, security, and scalability in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership with engineering background and strategic influence.
• Experience aligning architecture decisions with product priorities and business goals.
• Commercial mindset with ownership of a business unit beyond engineering.
• Practical experience deploying AI tools and workflows with measurable value.
• Ability to deploy AI capabilities responsibly in production environments.
• Proven track record leading senior technical leaders and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic technology direction and own a business unit in partnership with the CEO.
• Align technology with product and commercial priorities to drive business outcomes.
• Identify and implement AI, LLMs, and automation across products and workflows.
• Establish metrics for success and move initiatives into production.
• Lead Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and data science teams; foster accountability.
• Guide high-throughput, real-time infrastructure for reliability, security, and scalability.
• Balance experimentation with disciplined execution to maintain dependable partner services.
