Job summary

Manpower Tilburg is seeking a Logistics Problem Solver to maintain smooth cross-dock operations. You respond quickly to issues such as sorting errors, damaged shipments, and missing paperwork to keep goods moving efficiently.

Work 40 hours weekly in rotating shifts 16:00–06:00. Earn €14.99–€16.70 per hour, plus a night-shift allowance and travel reimbursement; contract with a path to client hire.

Qualifications

• Experience with Excel and ERP systems is preferred.
• Good command of Dutch and English in a logistics setting.
• Strong problem-solving and stress-resistant attitude.
• Willingness to work irregular shifts in a cross-dock environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolving sorting errors, missing documentation and damaged shipments.
• Unloading incoming trucks and sorting goods for outbound transport.
• Scanning and registering goods using handheld scanners and computer systems.
• Checking shipments for quality and completeness.
• Coordinating with Customer Service, Planning and Team Leaders to resolve bottlenecks quickly.
