Job summary

Invite Jobs BV in Venlo is hiring for a Crossdock Associate. You’ll work in a 3-shift rotation, loading and unloading goods, and helping ensure shipments reach the right locations. The role is active and collaborative within a dynamic logistics environment.

Experience with loading/unloading and forklift knowledge is valued; a forklift certification is a plus. Dutch and/or English communication is required, with the possibility of certifications increasing pay.

Qualifications

• You have experience with loading and unloading or are motivated to learn.
• You have experience with EPT and/or a forklift.
• A forklift certification is a plus.
• You are physically fit and enjoy getting things done.
• Good command of Dutch and/or English.
• You are willing to work in a 3-shift rotation.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods to ensure trucks are handled efficiently.
• Ensure correct delivery to locations and assist with sorting shipments.
• Work with coworkers to keep the logistics process running smoothly.
• You’ll be active throughout the shift and not seated all day.

Over de vacature:

A gross hourly wage starting at €14.99, but higher if you have certifications. You’ll also receive an 11.25% shift differential and work in a rotating 3-shift schedule. Do you enjoy physical work and rolling up your sleeves? Then this position as a Crossdock Associate is perfect for you!

As a cross-dock employee, your main responsibilities involve loading and unloading goods. You ensure that trucks are loaded and unloaded efficiently and that goods are delivered to the correct location. You’ll also help sort and seal shipments. You’ll work together with your coworkers to ensure that the logistics process runs smoothly. It’s an active job, so you won’t be sitting still all day!

Wat wij vragen:

• You are willing to work in a 3-shift rotation: 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., or 9:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
• You have experience with loading and unloading or are motivated to learn
• Experience with EPT and/or a forklift
• A forklift certification is a plus
• You are physically fit and enjoy getting things done
• Good command of Dutch and/or English
