Job summary

BEERWULF® is seeking a Digital Marketing CRM Intern to support end-to-end CRM campaigns, create engaging newsletters, and localize content for multiple European markets.

You will balance creative copy with data-driven testing, help build dashboards, and gain hands-on experience in international e-commerce projects while joining an energetic team in De Pijp, Amsterdam.

Hybrid working, mentorship, and a €650 monthly intern pay are offered for a 6-month tenure starting mid‑November 2026.

Qualifications

• In the final stage of your bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or Digital Marketing.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands for the full 6-month internship and enrolled at a European university.

Responsibilities

• Support CRM campaigns end-to-end: planning, briefing, building, QA, sending, and post-send analysis.
• Create engaging newsletters, coordinating with creative and content teams to hit deadlines and brand standards.
• Localize for multiple markets across Europe to ensure messages are relevant and compliant.
• Report and analyze performance: build dashboards, track KPIs, and generate insights to improve segmentation, personalization, and retention.
• Balance creative and analytical work: write/test copy and layouts, run A/B tests, and turn results into clear recommendations.
