Job summary

Beerwulf B.V. is seeking a Digital Marketing CRM Intern in Amsterdam for a 6‑month internship. You will support our Customer Experience team with international email campaigns, helping to build relationships with existing customers and harness the world of beer.

The role offers hybrid working (2–3 days in the office), mentorship, and hands-on experience in dashboards, KPI tracking, and A/B testing. Candidates must be enrolled at a European university and available from mid‑November 2026.

Qualifications

• In final stage of your bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant fields.
• Digital native with a quick grasp of digital tools; knowledge of Excel and Klaviyo is a plus.
• Self-starter who brings fresh ideas and pro-activity to the role.
• Highly organized, precise, with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.
• Available from mid-November 2026 for at least 40 hours/week for 6 months.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands and enrolled at a European university for the duration.

Responsibilities

• Support CRM campaigns end-to-end: planning, briefing, building, QA, sending, and post-send analysis.
• Create engaging newsletters, coordinate with creative/content teams to meet deadlines and brand standards.
• Localize for multiple European markets to ensure relevant, compliant messages.
• Report and analyze performance; build dashboards, track KPIs, and derive insights for segmentation, personalization, retention.
• Balance creative and analytical work: write/test copy and layouts, run A/B tests, and translate results into recommendations.
