Job summary

easyJet is seeking a Crew Performance Manager in Amsterdam for a 1-year fixed-term onsite role. You will lead cabin crew performance, coach managers, and balance safety with excellent customer service while traveling across the network.

The role combines office leadership with regular flying; you’ll maintain Cabin Manager qualifications and conduct four Manager Flying Duties each month, helping crews stay engaged and deliver high standards.

Qualifications

• Aviation experience and strong understanding of safety and compliance.
• Previous flying experience to Cabin Manager level is preferable, but not essential.
• Experience leading sizeable teams and coaching performance.
• Ability to work face-to-face and remotely; travel across the easyJet network.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure incidents are reported and investigated promptly.
• Monitor standards and performance; conduct assurance checks and coaching.
• Fly regularly with crew and provide practical feedback to strengthen performance.
• Support base performance indicators and engage across base activities.
