Job summary

Samako, a Dutch-designed cleaning brand, is hiring a Creator Manager – DACH to own the German and Austrian creator pipeline. You will source, negotiate, brief, and activate influencers and creators on TikTok and Instagram to boost performance and ROAS.

This remote-first role offers real responsibility from day one, a fast-growing international team, and a budget for learning. You will build a scalable creator network that drives revenue across the DACH region.

Qualifications

• Native-level German + strong English.
• 3+ years of experience in creator, influencer, UGC, or affiliate marketing.
• Solid understanding of D2C & performance marketing.
• Excellent outreach, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable building from scratch.
• Commercial, data-driven mindset.

• Build and scale Samako's DACH creator network.
• Source, screen, and activate creators on TikTok and Instagram.
• Negotiate flat-fee, commission-based, and hybrid partnerships.
• Build a reliable 'creator army' that we can activate again and again.
• Guide creators from briefing through content delivery and payment.
• Monitor performance, revenue, ROAS, and profitability.
• Identify what works in DACH and scale it.

The role

DACH is one of our biggest growth opportunities, and creator marketing is a core part of that strategy.
As Creator Manager – DACH, you will own the creator pipeline in Germany and Austria — from finding and negotiating with the right UGC creators, influencers, and affiliates to activating and scaling the partnerships that actually perform.
You will work closely with our Creative Strategist and the Creator team at HQ to turn winning concepts into high-performing content for the German market.

You will:

What we're looking for
