A fast-growing creative agency is seeking a Creative Strategist to lead the creative strategy for e-commerce ad campaigns. This fully remote role requires a Dutch speaker with strong direct-response copywriting skills and at least 2 years of experience in DTC e-commerce. You’ll take full ownership of ad ideation and copy, creating standout content that directly drives revenue.

This is a fully remote role open to candidates in the UK or EU, offering real autonomy, creative influence, and a fast-track path into senior strategy positions within a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the creative strategy process from research and ideation through to final ad delivery.
  • Write conversion-focused ad copy including hooks, scripts, and CTAs tailored for eCom audiences.
  • Identify trends and psychological triggers that drive performance in short-form video ads.
  • Optimise creative performance using insights from Meta Ads Manager or Motion.
  • Lead cross-functional production teams to bring your creative concepts to life.
  • Dutch speaker with exceptional direct-response copywriting skills for e-commerce.
  • At least 2 years’ experience developing creative strategy within DTC ecommerce.
  • Strong command of ad metrics (Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CPA, ROAS) to inform iterations.
  • Expert-level understanding of short-form content formats and platform behaviours.
  • Organised, structured thinker with a clear, process-driven approach to creative work.
