Job summary

Karl Lagerfeld is seeking an experienced Creative Production Manager to lead end-to-end production of on-brand content across Marketing, Retail, Digital, Wholesale and E-commerce. You will manage schedules, budgets and external partners in a fast-paced, in-house creative environment.

Ideally you bring 6+ years in integrated production within fashion or agency teams, with strong stakeholder presentation and licensing knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-channel campaigns from concept to delivery.
  • Strong understanding of art buying, talent management, usage rights and licensing negotiations.
  • Budget management and external production partner coordination.

Creative Production Manager

Role overview

We’re looking for an experienced Creative Production Manager to lead the production of compelling, on-brand creative content, delivered on brief, on time and on budget. Reporting to the Director of Creative Marketing, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end campaign content production across Marketing, Retail, Digital, Wholesale and E-Commerce.

This is a hands-on, multifaceted role for a highly organized, proactive producer who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing creative ideas to life.

Working closely with Creative, Marketing and cross-functional partners, you’ll manage production schedules, budgets, resources and external vendors, ensuring projects are delivered with accuracy, efficiency and the highest creative standards. You’ll also play a key role in optimizing production workflows, embracing AI-enabled ways of working and innovative production solutions that drive efficiency and creative excellence.

You’ll be comfortable engaging with stakeholders across the business, presenting production plans and recommendations with confidence, fostering strong collaboration and relationships, and contributing to a positive, creative culture within our in-house team.

Key responsibilities

Project Management

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of creative projects from briefing through to final delivery.
  • Plan production schedules, allocate resources and manage project timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time, on budget and to the highest creative standards.
  • Continuously improve production workflows through AI, automation and emerging creative technologies.

Integrated Production

  • Lead all aspects of integrated end-to-end campaign production across content shoots, video, digital and print.
  • Research, appoint and manage external production partners, freelancers and talent.
  • Manage talent relations, art buying, usage rights and contract negotiations.
  • Oversee pre-production, shoot logistics, post-production and final delivery.
  • Develop, track and reconcile project budgets.
  • Provide accurate cost estimates and monitor production spend.
  • Ensure talent contracts, licensing, usage rights and legal compliance are managed effectively.
  • Maintain project documentation and asset management processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Build trusted relationships and partner with cross-functional teams to understand creative needs and deliver aligned solutions.
  • Take a proactive approach to planning and communication, anticipating challenges, resolving issues and keeping projects moving.
  • Foster open communication and collaborative working relationships with all project contributors.
  • Present production plans, budgets, timelines and recommendations clearly and confidently, keeping stakeholders informed through timely, proactive communication.

Brand Guardianship

  • Uphold brand and campaign guidelines, ensuring consistency, quality and creative excellence across all content output.

Profile

  • 6+ years of integrated production experience within fashion, lifestyle, an in-house creative team or agency.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-channel creative projects from concept to delivery.
  • Strong understanding of art buying, talent management, usage rights and licensing negotiations.
  • Experience managing production budgets and external production partners.
  • Good understanding of the fashion industry and seasonality.

  • English is the working language of the company. Fluency in French is a plus.
