Job summary

The Fourth Law seeks an entrepreneurial Office Launch & Administrative Leader to establish and run its Eindhoven base. You will own premises search, lease, IT, facilities, compliance, and onboarding for the new team.

You will act as director of the local entity, manage budgeting, vendor contracts, payroll, and interface with group functions while building the R&D lab operations and reporting progress to the CTO.

Qualifications

• Experience owning back-office functions and admin operations.
• Strong project delivery including scope, schedule and budget.
• Fluent English and working Dutch.
• Willingness to relocate to Eindhoven and on-site presence.

Responsibilities

• Own the Eindhoven office launch: premises, lease, IT, facilities and onboarding.
• Direct the local legal entity; handle accounting, legal, payroll and vendor mgmt.
• Stand up the R&D lab: procure and install equipment; manage contractors.
• Lead the programme: milestones, budget, risks, delivery cadence; report progress.
• Manage procurement and contracts for base and lab equipment and services.
• Interface with Brainport, NFIA/ RVO, Invest-NL and authorities on grants.
• Establish operating infrastructure and lab routines, safety, and documentation.

Weare looking for aperson tolaunch and manage our Eindhoven office from anadministrative stand point. You will have achance togrow the company from scratch and take part inthe development ofcutting edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end launch ofthe Eindhoven office: premises search, lease and fit-out; ITand facilities; the Dutch entity's operational presence; local vendors; building and health-and-safety compliance; and onboarding logistics for the arriving team.
• Serve asadirector ofthe local legal entity. Own local vendor search, negotiation and management coordinating: accounting services, legal services, payroll etc. Coordinate with group functions (Finance, Legal, HR) onthe entity, contracts, budget and hiring logistics for the Dutch base.
• Own the standup ofthe R&Dlab: procure, schedule, install and commission equipment; manage contractors and suppliers toafixed date and budget.
• Run the launch asaprogramme: milestones, dependencies, budget, risks and adisciplined delivery cadence; report progress tothe Business Unit Head and CTO; keep both office and lab ontime and onbudget.
• Own procurement, supplier and contractor management for the base and lab- equipment, build works and services- from quotes and contracts through delivery, installation and acceptance.
• Interface with the Netherlands ecosystem and authorities- Brainport, PhotonDelta, NFIA/ RVO, Invest-NL and municipal/ permitting bodies- and support the EU-grant beneficiary positioning ofthe Dutch entity, incoordination with group Legal and Finance.
• Establish the practical operating infrastructure ofthe site- facilities routines, lab operations, access, documentation and safety- and hand arunning office and lab tothe team.

Experience and skills weare looking for:

• Ahands-on experience inadministrative management including ownership ofall back-office functions
• Strong project delivery: scope, schedule, budget, procurement, contractor and supplier management, risk and reporting; comfortable owning ahard deadline.
• Basedin, orwilling torelocateto, Eindhoven; on-site presence iscore tothe role.
• Fluent English, with the communication maturity towork with aninternational team
• Working Dutch
• Entrepreneurial and pragmatic; comfortable with ambiguity and building from zero without bureaucracy.

It's aplus ifyou have:

• Experience standing upasemiconductor, MEMS, photonics ormicrofabrication lab, oranother regulated high-technology facility.
• Familiarity with the Netherlands/ Brainport ecosystem, Dutch permitting and facilities, and withEU public authorities, investment agencies orgrants.
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment procurement, installation and commissioning- vacuum, thin-film deposition, wafer bonding, test and characterization, and cleanroom infrastructure.
• Experience establishing anew site's orentity's operational presence across borders.
• Health-and-safety/ EHS and quality familiarity for laboratory environments.
