Job summary

N-Sea Group in Dordrecht is seeking a Cost Estimator to prepare comprehensive cost estimates and cashflow forecasts for tenders and ongoing projects in subsea oil & gas and renewable energy. You will support commercial and project teams by delivering detailed estimates that reflect project scope and constraints, ensuring financial accuracy and competitiveness.

• Take part in the tender process of N-Sea, working in line with our ambition and values.
• Prepare cost estimates based on the Scope of Work and Work Breakdown Structure.
• Identify and quantify risks as part of the cost price calculation and develop corresponding risk budgets.
• Prepare cashflow analyses for cost price reviews and provide input during internal cost review sessions.
• Take responsibility for cost price calculations and pricing schedules towards the client.

We have a vacancy (full time) for a Cost Estimator for our organisation based in Dordrecht (NL).

As a Cost Estimator at N-Sea, you play a key role in preparing comprehensive cost estimates and cashflow forecasts for tenders and ongoing projects. You will support the commercial and project teams by developing detailed and reliable estimates that reflect the full scope of offshore subsea projects across the oil & gas and renewable energy sectors.

Your role is vital in ensuring financial accuracy, transparency, and competitiveness — from initial tendering to project execution. You provide detailed cost variations, risk assessments, and cashflow analysis to support management decisions, while also coaching Junior Cost Estimators and contributing to the continuous improvement of our cost estimation methodologies.
