Joanknecht seeks a corporate finance advisor to strengthen the team, with a home base in Eindhoven or Amsterdam and the flexibility to work from both offices.

You will focus on valuation, due diligence and debt advisory, advising boards, regulators and investors, while collaborating with lawyers and a seven-strong specialist team. You will also contribute to expanding Joanknecht’s service proposition in Amsterdam.

Formación

• Experience in corporate finance advisory, valuation, due diligence.
• Ability to advise boards and investors.
• Collaborative mindset and cross-team collaboration.
• Willingness to help develop Joanknecht's Amsterdam service proposition.

Responsabilidades

• Focus on valuation, due diligence, and debt advisory in corporate finance.
• Advise entrepreneurs, boards, regulators, and investors; collaborate with referral parties such as lawyers.
• Develop Joanknecht’s service proposition in Amsterdam and others; engage with colleagues from other teams.
