Stage Entertainment in Amsterdam is seeking a Corporate Communications professional to join a small, dedicated team and help shape messaging across internal and external channels. You will work from the Amsterdam office at least three days per week, producing visuals and content for a global audience.
The role involves editing internal and external videos, supporting employee and leadership events, and driving innovative comms initiatives.
We are a leading global theater production company producing musical across Europe, with 16 theatres in the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, France, and Italy, plus offices in the UK. We bring some of the world’s best‑known musical to the stage, including Disney’s The Lion King, MJ the Musical, and Moulin Rouge! The Musical. We also create our own original productions, such as Anastasia and TINA – The Tina Turner Musical, sharing them worldwide through tours and licensing. We also have our own in‑house ticketing system, ensuring a seamless customer experience. With around 2,000 employees, we are committed to exceptional shows and a welcoming experience for all.

The Corporate communications department at the International Headquarters located in Amsterdam plays a key role in how our employees, the media and the general public perceive us as a company to enhance and safeguard our reputation. To that aim we oversee a wide range of on‑and offline communication activities and channels to engage our employees with the progress of our strategy and create a shared sense of belonging, develop messages to deliver to the media, advise our leadership on their communication efforts and we develop new initiatives to keep Stage Entertainment on the cutting edge of communications. In short, the Corporate Communications department tells the story of the company behind our shows.
The department is a small and close team and consists of 2 employees Corporate Communications and the Group Director Corporate Communications, to whom you report. You are required to work from the Amsterdam office at least three days per week.
This position gives you the opportunity to work on an international level to help shape the communication of the organization. But also requires, because we are a small team, creativity and a hands‑on mentality.
