Job summary

KGS Diamond Group SA is seeking a proactive intern to contribute to corporate communication across our global B2B environment. You will help improve internal channels, ensure consistency in external messaging, and gain hands-on experience within a multinational team.

The role focuses on crafting content for intranet, website, and communications, while supporting day-to-day activities and projects. This internship offers practical exposure and guidance from seasoned colleagues.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an HBO or WO program in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong writing skills in Dutch and English.
• Analytical and structured with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in an international environment.
• Proactive, curious, and willing to take initiative.
• Interest in both internal and external communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit content for intranet, website, and channels.

We are looking for a proactive and curious intern who wants to contribute to improving how we communicate as an organization, while gaining hands‑on experience in corporate communication within a global B2B environment.

Your Assignment

During this internship, you will work on a clear and relevant challenge:

How can KGS DIAMOND improve internal communication and strengthen consistency in external communication?

You will contribute by:

• Supporting improvements in our internal communication (e.g. intranet, clarity of messaging, reducing information overload)
• Helping structure how we communicate across teams and locations
• Supporting consistency in external communication (e.g. website, content, tone of voice)
• Gathering insights (e.g. employee feedback, communication effectiveness)
• Translating your findings into practical recommendations and improvements

Alongside this assignment, you will support day‑to‑day communication activities and gain broad exposure to corporate communication.
