Workstead in the Netherlands is hiring a Production Worker to join our modern bakery. No experience needed; basic English required. You'll help produce cookies, biscuits, and crackers in a warm, safe environment, with steady hours and great benefits.

Shifts are mornings 05:30–15:00 and afternoons 15:00–00:00, totaling 38 hours per week, with overtime during busy periods. Benefits include accommodation, health insurance, weekly pay, and a supportive coordinator.

Qualifications

• Basic English for workplace communication
• Ability to stand and work in a warm environment (around 20°C)
• Physically able to lift and move trays
• Team player and able to follow safety guidelines
• Motivation and responsibility are essential
• Prior production experience is a plus but not required
• Driver's license is an advantage, not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle baking trays
• Load and unload ovens
• Ensure products meet quality and safety standards
