Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in Maastricht is looking for a Cook to plan, prepare and cook buffets and à la carte dishes, either solo or as part of a team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for planning, preparing and cooking buffets and à la carte menus as well as looking after and advising guests at the buffet and in the à la carte business.

Your Roleat aGlance

As a Cook you work independently or in a team and you are responsible for the preparation of dishes according to hotel recipes or according to your own recipes. In addition, you are responsible for planning your daily activities and ordering ingredients and other stock replenishments. You follow the health & safety regulations and are responsible for cleaning your own workstation. Are you stress resilient, and do you have relevant work experience?
