Are you a seasoned finance professional ready to lead in a dynamic, fast-growing environment? Leli Holland is seeking aFinancial Controllerto oversee our Dutch operations and help integrate them into our global financial framework.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead financial reporting in compliance with Dutch and U.S. GAAP
• Manage audits and ensure SOX compliance
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
• Oversee ERP systems and ensure data integrity
• Monitor cash flow and manage treasury functions
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of Controller experience, ideally in a multinational and Dutch-based company
• Strong knowledge of Dutch GAAP and local tax regulations
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• CPA, CA, or CMA designation preferred
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• A proactive, strategic mindset with strong attention to detail
