Job summary

TMC is seeking a Contract Manager to bridge contract agreements with field operations across multiple sites in the Netherlands. You translate theory into practice, safeguard agreements, and ensure compliance on the shop floor, traveling to different sites.

You will maintain contacts with clients, subcontractors, directors, and operational managers; manage and analyze contracts and changes; organize training sessions; and advise on process improvements to prevent disputes.
