Job summary

DAF Trucks NV in Eindhoven is seeking an Information Analyst to bridge business operations and IT. You will design and specify contract management processes, integrate Alfa Systems and Exact Globe+, and configure the Codeless BPA Platform with standard connectors and custom interfaces.

You will document requirements, map data, and design secure data flows, guiding colleagues on Alfa, Exact and BPA Platform configurations, with English-only functional and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Completed IT-technical education at bachelor or masters level.
• Experience as Information Analyst or Systems Integrations Analyst.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering with product owners and stakeholders to document integration requirements between Alfa Systems, Exact Globe+ and supporting tools.
• Redesign contract management processes to improve operational excellence and efficiency for Wholesale & Retail financing.
• Data mapping and transformation: define data movements triggered by financial transactions.
• Design technical interfaces and data flows for secure and timely data transfer between systems.
• Guide others on Alfa, Exact and BPA Platform configuration, middleware setup, workflow orchestration, and API use.
• Create functional and technical documentation in English (e.g., specifications, interface designs, data dictionaries).
