Job summary

everox in Rotterdam is seeking a Marketing Associate to join our dynamic, international team. You will be the right hand of the Marketing Manager, turning ideas into texts, visuals, and campaigns, while keeping the everox brand sharp and authentic.

Based at SubZero, you will split time between writing, design, and events, collaborating with engineers, leadership, and agencies. The role is broad, growth-focused, and starts January 1, 2027, with a path toward a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, design or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in content marketing.
• Strong written and spoken English; Dutch is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO and GEO/AI-driven search.
• Solid background in graphic design with Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Well organized and able to handle day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Ability to write press releases, sales copy and marketing content.

Responsibilities

• Write LinkedIn posts for the company page and leadership profiles, plus blog posts and newsletters.
• Translate technical input into clear stories for business, technical and investor audiences.
• Create social media visuals, presentations, brochures, datasheets and event materials in Adobe CC.
• Maintain brand voice and templates across channels, including AI-assisted work.
• Develop video concepts for LinkedIn/YouTube; guide partners or shoot/edit videos.
• Brief and manage design, web and translation agencies.
• Support SEO and GEO to improve search presence and AI answers.
• Support employer branding with careers content and recruiting events.
• Develop and manage HubSpot for marketing: emails, workflows, landing pages, forms and leads.
