Atradius is seeking a motivated content intern to join the GMC Content Team in Amsterdam. The role focuses on content creation, editing, publication, and promotion across multiple channels, collaborating with experts across the business.

You will gain hands-on experience across the full content lifecycle, from idea generation to performance monitoring, in a truly international environment. The internship is full-time (40 hours/week) for 6 to 12 months and based in Amsterdam.

• Currently studying towards, or recently graduated from, a degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Media Studies, Journalism or a related field

• Edit content (articles, interviews, video scripts, short-form copy)
• Review content for accuracy, clarity and editorial standards
• Manage content assets and materials per brand guidelines
• Maintain content calendars and editorial workflows
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to gather and validate content
• Monitor published content and assist with reporting and performance tracking
• Support promotion and distribution of content across channels
• Assist with wider GMC initiatives and special projects

We are looking for an intern to join the Content Team within Group Marketing & Communications (GMC) at Atradius, one of the world's leading credit insurers.

The Content Team creates and distributes high-quality content that helps position Atradius as a trusted voice on topics such as trade credit insurance, credit management, payment practices, economic developments, industry trends, sustainability and international trade.

Working closely with experts and colleagues from across the business, the team transforms specialist knowledge into relevant, engaging and accessible content for both internal and external audiences.

The role

As part of the GMC Content Team, you will support the creation, editing, publication and promotion of content across a variety of channels and audiences.

Working closely with colleagues and subject-matter experts from across Atradius, you will help transform specialist knowledge into clear, engaging and accessible content for both internal and external audiences.

This hands-on role combines content creation, editorial operations, stakeholder coordination and digital publishing, offering practical experience across the full content lifecycle, from idea generation and content creation through to publication, promotion and performance monitoring.

This is a full-time internship position (40 hours per week) for a period of 6 to 12 months, based in Amsterdam. Please note that this internship is open to candidates who are aready residing in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work here for the duration of the internship.

Main Responsibilities

• Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Content Team, including administrative and organisational tasks
• Coordinating publication schedules and working with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines
• Preparing content for publication across digital platforms
• Curating and sharing relevant business, economic and industry news through Atradius' employee advocacy platform
• Editing content, including articles, interviews, video scripts and short-form digital copy
• Reviewing content for accuracy, clarity, consistency and adherence to editorial standards
• Managing content assets, images and supporting materials in line with brand guidelines
• Maintaining content calendars, workflows and editorial planning tools
• Working with subject-matter experts across Atradius to gather, review and validate content
• Monitoring published content and assisting with reporting and performance tracking
• Supporting the promotion and distribution of content through internal and external communication channels
• Supporting wider GMC initiatives and special projects when required

What We Are Looking For

• Currently studying towards, or recently graduated from, a degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Media Studies, Journalism or a related field
• Strong writing skills in English and an interest in storytelling and content creation
• Interest in business, economics, international trade and corporate communications
• High motivation, independent thinking, a proactive approach and a hands-on, problem-solving mentality
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating within an international team
• Intercultural awareness and sensitivity when working with colleagues from different countries and backgrounds
• Experience with content management systems, social media platforms or digital publishing tools is an advantage but not essential
• Additional languages are a plus
