Job summary

Yoni, a progressive female care brand, is seeking a Creative Content Creator Intern to join the marketing team in Amsterdam. You’ll support our in-house designer and help bring Yoni’s brand to life across social media and digital channels, with a focus on the UK and German markets.

You’ll create short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook, scout local creators, shoot and edit photography, and contribute ideas in monthly brainstorms.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or CapCut is a plus.
• Strong editing and storytelling skills.
• Basic photography skills and good eye for light.
• Fluent in English; German a strong plus.
• Willing to work from Amsterdam office at least 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Support our designer with creating visual assets for social media, digital ads, and marketing materials, aligned with brand guidelines.
• Taking the lead on content creation for the UK and German markets: developing UGC-style content, scouting local creators for free/gifted collaborations, and tailoring content to fit each market’s tone and culture.
• Concepting, filming, editing, and publishing short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook, for both organic and paid use.
• Supporting the always-on campaign: helping maintain a consistent flow of relevant, on-brand content across all channels.
• Assisting with photography: shooting and editing product and lifestyle imagery for social and digital use.
• Contributing creative ideas in monthly brainstorms and helping shape the social content calendar.
• Supporting campaigns and photoshoots together with the Brand Manager and marketing team.
• Co-managing Yoni’s LinkedIn presence together with the other marketing interns.
• Helping with day-to-day social media tasks: posting content, engaging with our community, and monitoring performance.

Your Role

We are looking for a creative, visually driven Content Creator Intern to join our marketing team. You’ll support our in-house designer and help bring Yoni’s brand to life, across social media, digital channels, and our international markets.
You’ll be a key part of both our always-on content engine and our market-specific content efforts for the UK and German markets, finding creative ways to connect with local audiences authentically and on-brand.

Your responsibilities will include:

About you

You are:

• Creative, proactive, and full of ideas: you don’t wait to be told what to make.
• Hands-on and comfortable switching between content creation, design, and social execution.
• Culturally aware and curious: you understand that what works in the Netherlands doesn’t always land the same in Germany or the UK.
• Interested in UGC, social media trends, and digital marketing.
• Affinity with Yoni’s mission and values.
• Fluent in English. German is a strong plus for this role. Dutch or French is a bonus.
• Available to work from our Amsterdam office at least 3 days a week.

Skills we’re looking for

• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (Reels, Stories, feed posts).
• Skilled in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and/or CapCut is a plus.
• Strong editing skills: you know how to make a Reel that stops the scroll.
• Basic photography skills and a good eye for composition and light.
• Experience with Meta Ads is a plus but not required.
• An eye for visual storytelling and design consistency.
