Keylane in Utrecht is seeking a Medior or Senior Business Analyst. In this role, you will work within the Product Development department on their Axon platform, supporting insurance companies in optimizing processes.

You will analyze requirements from customers and developers, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams while ensuring user-friendly software solutions.

As a business analyst, you will bridge the gap between your Scrum team and our customers at insurance companies. You understand customer requirements andanticipatefor developments in themarket.

You are able to communicate effectively with different types of target groups;Whetherit'sa design session with the customer,or a technical refinement with your team. You translate requirements into solutionswhich arefit for purpose. You do thiswith an eye for quality and maintainability.

Within your team, you help define user stories to implement the changes you have designed. During implementation, you are the sparring partner for developers and testers. In sprint reviews, you present thesechanges to the customer,and collecttheirfeedback.

KeyAboutYourTeam

You will be part oftheConfigurationteam. Thisteam isresponsible forthe module in our system where insurers can model insurance products, and foradvancedsynchronizationfunctionalities. Thosefunctionalitiesenable testing ofnewly modelled insurance products throughtheir OTAP street.Subsequently,bringingthoseproductswith easeto productionandwithin a short timetothemarket.

• You have a proven ability toanalyzecomplex problems, breaking them down into smaller, actionable steps;
• You have the capacity to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, and to actively listen to and understand others' perspectives;
• You are committed to understanding our customers' needs, pain points, and expectations, and using that knowledge to drive product development and improvement;
• You have a foundational understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and technologies;
• You are fluent in English. Speaking Dutch isanadvantage.
• We consider it a plus if you are:
• Familiar with the insurance industry;
• Familiar with data modelling, able to translate information into data structures.

• A monthly gross salary between € 3,600 to € 4,600 (Medior) or € 4,350 to € 5,800 (Senior) based on 40 hours per week.
• 8% holiday allowance of your total gross salary;
• A profit share;
• Travel reimbursement: mileage allowance (€ 0.23 per km)or a NS Business card, which can be used for business and personal usage;
