Job summary

Zure Netherlands, part of Zure Group, focuses on platform engineering, agentic software engineering, and Azure-based AI solutions. We combine client work with internal growth, offering a hands-on role that touches architecture, delivery and coaching.

You’ll work across client sites and our Utrecht office, contributing to cutting-edge projects and continuous improvement. You will engage with stakeholders from developers to leadership, write code, and help shape how Zure Netherlands evolves.

Working at Zure

Zure Netherlands started in May 2025 with two founders and grew into a team of seven, working from our office in the startup hub DotSlash in Utrecht. We're part of Zure Group: 130+ Azure experts across Finland, Denmark, Belgium, the UK and the Netherlands. We're looking for our eighth colleague. That means someone who wants to do great client work and help shape what Zure Netherlands becomes.

We work by the "teach a man to fish" principle. Our customers should own their cloud and software journey, but they often lack the skills, vision or capacity to get there. So first we show them what's possible by building it. Then we build it together with their teams. Finally, we make sure they can run without us. We stay their trusted advisor and move on to help the next customer.

What we focus on

• Platform Engineering: internal developer platforms on Azure that make teams faster and safer. We're a Certified Service Provider for platformengineering.org.

• Agentic software engineering: helping development teams adopt agentic engineering practices that actually stick.

• Agentic applications on Azure: designing and building AI agents and the architecture around them.
