Job summary

Orphoz, in partnership with McKinsey & Company, is seeking a Delivery Consultant to turn strategy into action across large-scale transformations. You’ll translate goals into initiatives, set KPIs, and unlock value across EBITDA, cash flow, and operational capabilities.

You’ll operate on-site or in hybrid modes from Brussels or Amsterdam, travel up to 80%, and collaborate with McKinsey experts to connect strategy with execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a similar field with a strong academic record.
• 1+ years of experience delivering transformation programs.
• Experience in value-creation areas like operating-model redesign or procurement excellence is a plus; Lean/Six Sigma or PMP/Agile certifications help.
• Sector experience in Financial Services, Manufacturing, Consumer, FMCG, or Transport & Logistics is advantageous.
• Entrepreneurial, resilient, proactive teams who thrive under pressure.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Dutch (or Dutch and French) plus English is mandatory.

As a Delivery Consultant, your role will be to turn strategy into action. You’ll translate organizational goals into clear initiatives, set measurable KPIs, and unlock value across performance areas like EBITDA, cash flow, and operational capabilities. You’ll redesign organizations by implementing new models and systems for lasting impact, and you’ll lead transformations, running Transformation Offices that deliver measurable outcomes. A big part of your role will be mobilizing people—engaging leaders, coaching teams, and building resilience. You’ll also collaborate closely with McKinsey experts, connecting strategy with execution to create tangible results. You’ll be based in Brussels or Amsterdam, with flexibility to travel up to 80% of the time. Most of your work will be on-site or hybrid from Monday to Thursday, with Fridays dedicated to firm development. You’ll be part of a small, trusted team of 3-5 colleagues, integrated with McKinsey partners, ensuring close collaboration and high-impact results At Orphoz you’ll be part of a distinct practice focused on turning strategy into results. We stay with our clients until the impact is achieved, working alongside a global community of over 500 transformation professionals, including 250+ across 12 European countries in Orphoz.
