Job summary

Profitroom is seeking a Software Developer to join our Connectivity Team, building and maintaining integrations to channel managers, PMS systems, and payment providers. You will spend ~60% on new feature development and ~40% on support and maintenance, while applying best practices and collaborating with engineers across the company.

You will work in a remote-first, international project environment, contributing to robust, scalable software that connects Profitroom to the outside world.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with PHP, MySQL, and Git.
• Experience with Laravel or Symfony framework.
• Experience building with SOAP and REST APIs.
• Testing and Docker familiarity.
• Comfort with AI-assisted coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Integration Development: Build new external integrations and extend existing ones.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex issues in partner integrations.
• Architecture & Quality: Design and maintain high code quality across owned apps.
• Best Practices: Apply and recommend top-tier development practices.
• Team Collaboration: Share knowledge and contribute to technical trainings.
