Based within our Connectproduct portfolio,you’llhelp keep every ongoing initiative moving — tracking projects, coordinating requests, and making sure the right people have the right information at the right time. Our team works across co-working, membership, andM&Eproducts, and no two weeks look the same: one day you’re pulling together an agenda for our weekly alignment meeting, the next you’reresearching emerging trendsor spotting a gap before it becomes a problem.Expect real ownership from day one, exposure to how a European hospitality brandactually runsits marketing engine, and plenty of room to shape how we work as you go. Provide research support to develop global strategies across the portfolio
Track ongoing initiatives across our project tracker, flagging delays, gaps, or missing owners before they slow anyone down.
Act as the go-between for product owners and marketing, gathering their upcoming needs — campaigns, launches, enablement materials — and translating them into clear asks for the team.
Sit in on marketing channel updates and pull out the intel thatmatters:roadmap changes, new messaging, shifting timelines.
Support the coordination of live projects across co-working, membership, and OpenUp, from launch checklists to content trackers.
Help prepare clear, concise materials — decks, one-pagers, and status updates — that get straight to the point.
Contribute your own ideas to team discussions — we want your perspective, not just your admin.
You’re studying towards a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field and will be enrolled throughout the internship.
You have some hands-on experience with marketing or project coordination — an internship, a student project, or a part-time role all count.
You’refluent in English;additionalEuropean languages are a bonus, not a requirement.
You’recomfortable working in Excel and PowerPoint, and you pick up new tools quickly.
You’reorganisedand detail-oriented, but youdon’tlose sight of the bigger picture.
You communicate clearly and directly, whetheryou’rewriting a status update or chasing someone for one.
You’recurious about how hospitality and co-working brands build community, not just campaigns.
