Job summary

CS GROUP in Noordwijk, The Netherlands, is seeking an experienced Configuration and Data Management professional to support ESA programmes. You will manage configuration items, baselines, documentation, and records in a dynamic, international environment.

The role requires a Master’s degree, 5+ years’ relevant experience, strong customer-focused communication, and fluency in English, with autonomy and teamwork across multicultural teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Management, Project Management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Configuration Management, Data Management, Documentation Management, or a related discipline
• Familiarity with configuration control, document management and information management processes
• Desire to work both autonomously and as part of a team in an international multicultural environment
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong customer-focused communication skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Providing Configuration and Data Management support across ESA programmes and projects

• Supporting change control processes, reviews and Configuration Control Boards

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of CADM tools, procedures and best practices
