Job summary

Vonk Grootebroek zoekt een caretaker (ziektevervanging) voor 0,4 FTE. Je bewaakt het pedagogisch klimaat, behandelt incidenten en dient als aanspreekpunt voor leerlingen en ouders. Daarnaast help je collega’s en verleen je facilitaire ondersteuning op locatie.

Je hebt minimaal MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau, sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een goede beheersing van het Nederlands. Het salaris loopt conform schaal 5 van de MBO- CAO bij fulltime dienstverband, met voordelen zoals een auto zich

Qualifications

• Minimaal MBO 4 werkt en denkniveau.
• Goede pedagogische en didactische vaardigheden.
• Affiniteit met onderwijs is een pluspunt.
• Goede digitale vaardigheden met veelvuldig computerwerk.

Responsibilities

• Begeleiden van leerlingen tijdens de pauze en zorgen voor een veilig schoolklimaat.
• Acteren als aanspreekpunt voor leerlingen en ouders en verwijzen waar nodig.
• Communiceren met studenten en ouders en een positieve sfeer uitstralen.
• Ondersteunen van collega’s en leveren van facilitaire en technische ondersteuning op school.

Caretaker (sickness cover) for 0.4 FTE

Preferred working days Monday and Tuesday

What will you do?

You supervise student behaviour during the break and jointly ensure a safe school climate in and around the school. You ensure a good pedagogical climate and intervene in the event of conflicting student behaviour. You are a point of contact for students and identify unusual behaviour. You speak to students and their parents and refer them on. In doing so, you act in such a way that matters do not elevate further. On site, you ensure that nothing is lacking in terms of facilities! You show and make students and colleagues feel that they are welcome and greet them with a smile on site. You are not only a point of contact for students and visitors, but you also lend a helping hand to colleagues on site. You provide facilities and technical support for the entire location and, if necessary, carry out minor repairs yourself. And last but not least, you can make delicious coffee!

Job requirements

What do you bring?

• have at least MBO 4 working and thinking level;
• possess good pedagogical and teaching skills;
• Have an affinity with education (preferred);
• Good command of digital skills (with programmes such as [e.g. Office, Teams]);
• Have strong communication skills;
• Be creative and come up with new ideas;
• good command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing.

The role has been graded in salary scale 5 of the MBO collective labour agreement, with a gross monthly salary of between €2,466.00 and €3,431.00 for a full-time appointment, depending on your experience. The preferred working days are Monday and Tuesday.
