Job summary

Longchamp Concession in Amstelveen is seeking an enthusiastic and results-focused Concession Manager to lead the concession on site. You will supervise daily operations, drive commercial performance and ensure high-quality, personalised customer experiences in line with Longchamp standards.

You will combine leadership, commercial drive and operational responsibility to motivate your team and deliver excellent results. Dutch fluency is essential; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably premium, fashion, or luxury.
• Natural leader who can motivate, coach and develop staff.
• Commercial-minded, results-driven with strong customer focus.
• Organized, responsible, able to prioritise in a dynamic retail environment.
• Willing to work on the shop floor close to the team and customers.
• Excellent command of Dutch; good English also desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and commercial development of the concession.
• Achieve and track commercial objectives and KPIs.
• Identify and act on commercial opportunities to drive sales.
• Deliver high-quality, personalised customer experiences per Longchamp standards.
• Develop durable customer relationships and loyalty.
• Coordinate daily tasks and ensure optimal staffing levels.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Develop team product knowledge and communicate Longchamp story and values.
• Collaborate with Area Manager and supporting departments.
