Job summary

Olympia in the Netherlands is seeking a hands-on Composite Shop Worker to repair and maintain interior and structural parts made from composite, plastic and metal. You will follow fixed specifications and work instructions in a hangar or workshop setting.

You will use precise tools, identify damage, and combine sheet metal and interior tasks in one role. English proficiency for drawings is required, and occasional evening/weekend work is possible. A permanent contract may follow for a good match.

Qualifications

• Experience with different materials or a technical education.
• Precise and careful approach to work.
• Willingness to develop technical expertise.
• Good English for reading technical drawings.
• Comfort with computers; some administrative tasks.
• Occasional evenings/weekends (about once every 4 weeks).
• Experience in car body repair or composites is a plus.

Responsibilities
