Computershare Netherlands is seeking a Compliance & Risk Officer to strengthen our Dutch and EU regulatory posture. Based in Amsterdam with hybrid work, you will support the compliance function, manage AML/CTF controls, and contribute to regulator reporting.
You will deputise the MLRO, oversee risk assessments, and drive implementation of policy, monitoring, and governance across the business. A strong background in financial services regulation is essential.

As Compliance & Risk Officer you will support the maintenance and effectiveness of the Compliance Function and help ensure the integrity of the organisation through compliance with applicable Dutch and European regulatory requirements, internal policies and regulatory expectations.
The role supports the business in embedding compliance and risk into daily operations, maintaining the SIRA, executing the CMP, overseeing financial crime controls, assisting with outsourcing oversight and preparing regulatory reporting for DNB.
As part of the role, you will also act as the designated deputy to the MLRO (Director Risk & Compliance) and assumes AML/CTF responsibilities during their absence.
Professional compliance qualification, such as CAMS, ICA or a similar AML/compliance certification
