Job summary

Vivid Resourcing is seeking an experienced Freelance Compliance Officer to support an Amsterdam-based organization on a part-time basis. In this role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring regulatory alignment with GDPR, DORA, Sanctions, and related standards.

You will provide expert guidance, conduct risk assessments, support audits, and collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a compliance role.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR & Privacy regulations.
• Strong knowledge of DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act).
• Strong knowledge of Sanctions frameworks.
• Autonomous and ownership of compliance topics.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Experience within non-life insurance is a plus.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience within non-life insurance is a plus
