Job summary

De Brauw & Co. N.V. in Amsterdam seeks a Student Trainee for its Competition & Regulation practice.You will conduct legal research for ongoing matters and share an office with a lawyer to learn on the job, including accompanying them to court hearings and client meetings.

You will receive regular guidance from a partner and senior associate and participate in educational and social programmes across the firm, developing a strong foundation in competition and regulation work.

Qualifications

• Third-year Bachelor or Master student with a strong academic record.
• Eager to learn and proactive.
• Meticulous and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research for Competition & Regulation matters.
• Share an office with a lawyer and ask questions freely.
• Accompany lawyers to court hearings and client meetings.
• Learn on the job with partners, senior associates and colleagues.
• Participate in educational and social programmes firmwide.
