Job summary

Pestana Amsterdam Riverside is seeking enthusiastic kitchen staff for a full-time role. What You Will Be Doing:

• Assist with mise-en-place and ingredient preparation (cutting, portioning, marinating).
• Support in preparing simple dishes and garnishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
• Check and store deliveries and manage stock rotation.
• Assist with plating and clearing workstations during service.
• Actively contribute to effective teamwork within the kitchen.
