Job summary

FrieslandCampina Professional in Amersfoort is seeking a Commercialization Specialist to manage product launches and portfolio changes across the factory network. You will coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and production teams to translate strategic plans into executable commercialization steps.

You will own the critical path for commercialization activities, lead (virtual) project teams, and ensure timely delivery while balancing cost, quality and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in SCM/Logistics or Marketing.
• Minimum 4 years in Demand/Supply Planning/Manufacturing in FMCG, plus 1 year project management.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Proven project management and ability to lead virtual teams.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills across a matrix organization.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with financial acumen to challenge business cases.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Nuenen, 2-4 days per month.

Responsibilities

• Provides supply chain solutions for the CSC Professional factory grid.
• Interfaces with business teams to initiate launches and transitions.
• Owns the critical path for commercialization activities and drives the team to follow it.
• Ensures realistic timelines and mitigates delays on the critical path.
• Creates SKU portfolio analyses and drives portfolio optimization.
• Owns portfolio optimization targets and manages execution.
• Supports projects like NPD, tenders, new market roll-out, and artwork changes.
• Implements phase-in/phase-out projects for the CSC Professional.

Employment benefits:

• Salary between €5,250 and €7,150 gross per month (full-time), depending on experience and fit for the role.
• A work week of 32 to 38 hours, a 5% year-end allowance, 12,5% company bonus, 8% holiday allowance and a pension scheme.
• Hybrid working with flexible working hours, a train card and/or €0.23 per km (max. 30 km one way).

Vacancy description

• Provides Supply Chain Solutions for the factory grid of Customer Supply Chain (CSC) Professional; incl. plants and third parties in the network
• Serves as the primary interface to business teams that want to initiate a product launch or product transition, to ensure that optimal business plans are executed throughout the Supply Chain
• Owns the critical path for all commercialization activities and driving project team to adhere to this plan. Ensure critical issues are identified and resolution plans are actioned
• Ensures project timelines are realistic and cross-functionally aligned; take immediate action to minimize impact of delays on critical path
• Creates SKU portfolio complexity analysis (based on SC network scope) and prepares change proposals and drive SC adaptation. Influences key-stakeholders based on decision documents to optimize the portfolio
• Owns portfolio optimization target and creates/owns/manages its execution
• Participates in projects E.g., NPD, Tenders, New market out-roll, Local Redesigns, Artwork changes, Local Contingency projects, Local CAPEX as part of Innovation projects.
• Implements projects (phase-in/ phase-out) for the factory grid of CSC Professional.
• Ensures timely in-store product availability, with a product meeting customer demands
• Shares progress updates, risks and issues with Supply Chain stakeholders and project management in a timely fashion
• Ensures project management reporting for projects when fulfilling the role as project lead, according to defined formats (in e.g., Principal Toolbox)
