Job summary

HAL Allergy seeks a Commercial Quality professional to ensure GDP compliance for prescription medicines distribution and to act as a key interface among Commercial, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Pharmacovigilance across Leiden and EU markets.

The role requires a Pharmacy degree, proven GDP experience, and strong knowledge of EU GDP and PV frameworks, with fluency in English and Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree in Pharmacy or closely related scientific discipline.
• Proven experience in GDP-compliant commercial distribution of prescription medicines.
• Strong knowledge of EU GDP and pharmacovigilance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide GDP oversight of distribution and commercial operations across Leiden and affiliates.
• Ensure QMS is established, maintained and continuously improved for commercial distribution.
• Oversee pharmacovigilance activities and regulatory interfaces with authorities.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Regulatory, and PV teams to ensure compliance.
• Act as primary contact with Spanish and Italian authorities (AEMPS/AIFA) as needed.
