Job summary

Genexis is seeking a Commercial Product Manager in Eindhoven to define, organize, and manage our FTTH and Wi‑Fi product portfolio. You will coordinate with sales, marketing, support, development, and partners to translate market needs into winning propositions and drive them to market success.

In this role you’ll own the full lifecycle from concept to retirement, set the product vision, and monitor performance to turn insights into action.

Qualifications

• Requires proven product management experience, preferably in B2B technical products within telecom or IT industry.
• Strong ability to translate market needs into winning propositions and go-to-market plans.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy for the portfolio in line with customer needs and industry trends.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive dynamics, and new opportunities.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and ensure products meet their requirements.
• Partner with sales and marketing to craft go-to-market strategies and promotional content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and improve products throughout their lifecycle.
• Own the full lifecycle from concept through launch, lifecycle optimization, and retirement.
• Monitor performance and turn insights into actions to drive product success.

As Commercial Product Manager within our Product Management team, you’ll define, organize, and manage the Genexis product portfolio. What you’ll be doing as Commercial Product Manager at Genexis

You’ll join our Product Management team, where we deliver innovative products and solutions that fit our customers’ needs, integrate seamlessly with their networks and operations, and strengthen our position as a trusted long-term partner. In this dynamic, high-visibility role, you’ll work closely with customers, sales, marketing, support, development, and partners, translating market needs into winning propositions and driving them all the way to successful go-to-market execution. You’ll report to the Head of Products within our Product House department.

The impact you’ll make

• Set the direction: Define the product vision and strategy for our portfolio, aligned with the evolving needs of Fiber Network Operators, ISPs, and the industry at large
• Read the market: Conduct sharp market research to uncover customer needs, competitive dynamics, and untapped opportunities
• Stay close to customers: Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and ensure what we build truly fits what they need
• Power the go-to-market: Partner with sales and marketing to craft go-to-market strategies, sales tools, and compelling promotional content
• Build what matters: Team up with cross-functional experts to develop, launch, and continuously improve our products
• Own the full lifecycle: Manage products from first concept through launch, in-life optimization, and eventual retirement
• Track what works: Monitor commercial, financial, and functional performance and turn insights into action that drives product success
