Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Collibra DevOps Lead to design and deliver scalable REST API solutions integrated with Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud, driving data governance initiatives across a global enterprise.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional partners in asset and wealth management to improve data cataloguing, lineage, and stewardship workflows while promoting engineering discipline and robust technical design.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on expertise with Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud configuration, domains, workflows, roles and metadata models.
• Extensive experience designing and building REST API solutions for large-scale enterprise apps with robustness and security.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data quality, integration issues and configuration gaps.
• Proven ability to mentor technical professionals and promote engineering discipline.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to explain decisions to business teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end design and implementation of REST API-based services enabling secure integration with Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud across enterprise data ecosystems.
• Lead Collibra configuration and implementation including Asset Models, Workflows and Forms to improve data cataloguing and lineage tracking.
• Provide detailed technical guidance on REST API standards, performance tuning and error handling for resilient services.
• Lead planning and execution of data intelligence use cases leveraging Collibra to improve discoverability and compliance.
• Manage technical review sessions to validate designs and drive continuous improvement of Collibra usage patterns.
