Job summary

European Medicines Agency is seeking a Collaborating Expert in careers website development and employer branding. The role focuses on reviewing EMA’s careers site, improving candidate experience, information architecture and content aligned with EMA’s brand.

You will work with Talent Acquisition and Communications to benchmark against EU institutions and propose practical improvements. Remote with occasional on EMA premises, the position is part-time (20 hours/week) for 3-6 months, extendable.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of English (C1)
• Good knowledge of another official EU language (B2) is an asset
• Essential: Degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, HR, Business, Design, IT or related field

Responsibilities

• Review EMA careers website for candidate experience and employer-brand focus
• Assess information architecture, navigation and candidate journeys
• Benchmark with other EU institutions and relevant organisations
• Identify gaps in content and opportunities for improvement
• Develop recommendations for a clearer, more engaging careers site structure
• Ensure alignment with EMA brand, tone of voice and web presence
• Propose content concepts, templates and candidate-facing materials
• Provide an implementation roadmap with quick wins and longer-term actions
