Job summary

Interwel in STAPHORST zoekt een ervaren CNC-turner / Programmeur voor een tijdelijke positie. U werkt aan kleine en middelgrote series en bedient moderne CNC-draaibanken en bewerkingscentra met Fanuc-besturingen.

U bepaalt de bewerkingsstrategie, stelt gereedschappen in en voert machines aan, draait en controleert onderdelen volgens tekeningen en toleranties. Het werk is in 2 ploegen met een marktconform salaris en goede arbeidsvoorwaarden.

Qualifications

• Ervaring met CNC draaien en bewerken.
• Ervaring met opzetten en wisselen van CNC-machines.
• Kennis van of ervaring met Fanuc-bediening.
• In staat CNC-programma's aan te passen en bewerkingsstrategie te bepalen.
• In staat nauwkeurig te werken met toleranties tot ±0,01 mm.
• Je kunt zelfstandig werken, nauwkeurig en met focus op kwaliteit.
• Je werkt graag in een technisch team.

Responsibilities

• Wijzig CNC-programma's en bepaal de juiste bewerkingsstrategie.
• Kies, stel en controleer gereedschappen.
• Bereid de juiste werkstukken en klemopstellingen voor.
• Zet CNC-draaibank en bewerkingscentra op, wissel en bedien ze.
• Werk met Fanuc-besturing op 2-assige en multi-assen machines.
• Bewerk materialen zoals kunststof, aluminium en staal.
• Produceer en controleer onderdelen volgens tekeningen en specificaties.

[phone] CNC Turner / Programmer Salary For our client, we are looking for a CNC Turner / Programmer. In this position, you will work on small and medium-sized production series of components for various technical applications. You will operate modern CNC lathes and machining centres with Fanuc controls and be involved in the entire machining process: from modifying CNC programs and determining the machining strategy to setting up, changing over and operating the machines. You will work with materials including plastics, aluminium and steel. Precision is essential, as components are produced according to technical specifications with tolerances of up to ±0.01 mm. The variety of products, materials and machining operations makes this a technically challenging and varied position.

• Modifying CNC programs and determining the correct machining strategy;
• Selecting, setting and checking tools;
• Preparing the correct workholding and clamping setup;
• Setting up, changing over and operating CNC lathes and machining centres;
• Working with Fanuc controls on both 2-axis and multi-axis CNC machines;
• Machining materials such as plastics, aluminium and steel;
• Producing and checking components according to drawings, specifications and required tolerances.

What do we expect

What we offer Good salary:

• Per week : € 600 - 650
• Per hour : € 19,50 - 21,50
