Job summary

Nederland. AB is seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to program, set up, and operate CNC press brakes. You will bend steel, stainless steel, and aluminium, reading technical drawings and ensuring tight dimensional accuracy.

The role runs 40 hours per week in a two-shift schedule (06:00–15:00, 15:00–23:00) at a Dutch metal production facility, with training and a practical assessment as part of the recruitment process.

Intro

Are you an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator who can independently program and operate bending machines? Earn €16.22 gross per hour + 14% shift allowance (approximately €18.49 gross per hour) and work with advanced machinery producing precision metal components for professional trailers and transport equipment.

This is what you will do

As a CNC Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for bending and forming sheet metal components made from steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. You will work with advanced CNC press brakes, including machines from MVD, Bystronic, and Safan. Your responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, programming and setting up machines, selecting the correct bending parameters, and checking the dimensions and quality of finished products. You will manufacture everything from small precision parts to larger metal structures and cooperate closely with the laser cutting department.

You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in a two-shift system: 06:00–15:00 and 15:00–23:00. The base salary is €16.22 gross per hour, plus a 14% shift allowance, bringing the hourly wage to approximately €18.49 gross. Overtime covered by the 128.5% rate is paid at approximately €20.84 gross per hour.

The work takes place indoors in a professional metal production facility where safety, precision, and quality are essential. The recruitment process includes a practical assessment day, allowing you to demonstrate your CNC bending skills.
